The Northeast Eagles is a Premier-Elite baseball program located in Clinton, Massachusetts. Since 2014, our goal has been to instruct young players on how to play the game the correct way. We focus on teamwork, respecting others on and off the field, and improving our abilities at every practice. The focus is always on the player and their development as an athlete and human being. Our 12k square foot state-of-the-art all turf indoor training facility, known as “The Eagles’ Nest“, has redundant tunnels for batting and pitching, along with a massive field area for a true outdoor-like training experience during the harsh New England winters.
The Northeast Eagles’ focus is to develop players to their highest potential, however we are not only looking to assemble teams of elite players but rather players who are committed to getting better every time they step on the diamond.
The program comes under the direction of Owner and head coach Sean Trainor, along with his team of experienced coaches, who are all former ball players. The Northeast Eagles will recruit and retain the best talent in Metro-West Boston and Central Mass. We are looking for dedicated and ambitious players who are looking to be part of a team and part of our family, while striving to improve and develop their own game.
We care deeply about each of our players and It is our job to guide and enhance each player, improving technical skills and understanding of the game of baseball with the ultimate goal of each player getting the opportunity to advance to the college or professional levels.
We provide a carefully thought out roadmap in which to provide the best learning environment, the best competition, and the most fun that any program can offer.
We will teach our players the integrity of the game of baseball and to help players understand the greatness of this game while learning life lessons associated with baseball.

Our 9U through 18U teams participate in the EBL Baseball League and Fall ball leagues while our 15 thru 18 year old Showcase teams compete in high profile tournaments that are attended by college scouting staff throughout New England & New York State with the stated intention of college recruitment.
We understand that our players will participate with their friends in their local Little League and Cal Ripken or other town spring league. Our 9U, 10U, 11U and 12U program are specifically designed to work alongside these leagues and allow the greatest participation for each player.
Our program provides an in-season and off-season instructional program that includes a weekly two hour practice at our indoor facility. Our coaches also provide instruction and practice at individual position lessons and clinics. Additional speed, strength and conditioning training programs are available.
All players who sign to play in the Northeast Eagles baseball program are expected to make a commitment to the program and understand that participation in practices, scheduled games and tournaments is mandatory for the season they have committed to be with the team for.
